“Always leave loved ones with loving words.
It may be the last time you see them”
How many of you have said something mean or
rude to your parents? Let me tell you! You all have. Whether it is to their
faces or behind their backs; you’ve been so angry with them that you’ve said
something. Okay, say you have a massive fight with your parents and you walked
out the door…
As soon as you have stepped out that door,
especially in anger, have you thought about your mother or father? No. You were
selfish and thought about your self, about how you want to get away from them.
Now after leaving; what if I told you that’s it mate. You’re not seeing them
again! Today was the last day you spent with them and it’s your fault that you
didn’t say bye before you left or say I love you. Whether it is their last
breath or yours, it will haunt you forever.
Allah blessed me with a chance to say goodbye to my mother. He may not bless me in future to say bye to any of my
other family members or anyone, but my point isn’t that my point is that in
anger we all say bad things we all think bad things but do we once stop and
think that this anger is pointless. That no matter what, we are only humans and
we will always get angry. It’s a human emotion but we need to control it! so it
doesn’t take over, and we don't say things we will regret. so rather than thinking later I shouldn't have said it, think before you say something.
We need to be grateful that we have been
blessed with good parents because not everyone is! Some only have a mother who
gave birth to them and left them. Some don’t know who their father is. Some
don’t have parents. So if you’re blessed with a mother who bends over backwards
for you; tell her that you love her because she is your queen and for those of
you who have a father who works of his backside for you; salute him and tell him
you love him! Make them proud and show them their years of hard work weren’t
for nothing!
